Fireless Fireplace

Earlier today I was at a walling place, kitchen place, some kind of store or whatever and I saw this. At first, I thought it was a nice cute little marble fireplace, and then I saw it. The inside. This is no spectacular marble fireplace, with a few logs inside, maybe some burning embers and black ash. Nope, this isn't even a fireplace at all. This is a silly replica of a fireplace that doesn't even have a fake fire in it! Just plain black/brown marble. My first thoughts when I realized this were 'why would anybody build a false fireplace? There is absolutely no point' and there really is absolutely no point.

What do you guys think about this strange piece of work that serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever? I find it very pretty to look at but mostly just a waste of money. Are there any crazy things you guys have seen in this world? Feel free to write to me and tell me about them, I'll make a post with some of your things. And I dare you, that as you go out into this crazy world we live in, if you see anything like a fake fireplace, take a picture of it and send it to me with what you think it is.

And, guys, feel free to use the aforementioned fireplace and anything (literally anything and everything) on this blog to help you write, you never know what can spark your imagination. :)

Spring Break! Is Over?!

Something sad just happened yesterday, spring break ended! But there is an upside to it, it means that there is just over a month left of school and then it is time for summer!! Last week was a blast, though I'm mostly talking about what happened Friday and Saturday. The first part of the week, leading up to Friday, was pretty boring as the only thing I really did was go to the mall once with some friends (shopping NOT allowed, I DESPISE shopping) and we did some fun stuff together there. Friday, I went down to Mesquite with my family and my BFFTLEWE Sam (check out Radio Rebel to understand) and it was a blast! We went swimming in the huge pool at the hotel on Friday and saw the movie Home, which is pretty funny. There was a LOT of picture taking. Creating Love Triangles

We've all read those books where there is a love triangle going on between three characters, main or side, and you just don't know who you want to get together in the end. I find those the best kind of love triangles, because if there is always one where you are automatically and always on this one side then it just doesn't feel like a proper love triangle cause you know exactly who you want to end up together and who is going to end up together. Boring, right? Now, it's time to create love triangles all on your own and make it so that your readers cannot decide who they want to end up together, it makes them more invested in the story this way. First, you need your main character of the triangle. Usually it's a girl with two boys, but you can switch it up a bit and make a boy with two girls.
